parkrun – A FREE timed 5K run every Saturday
What is parkrun?
www.parkrun.org.uk: “parkrun organise free, weekly, 5km timed runs around the world. They are open to everyone, free, and are safe and easy to take part in. These events take place in pleasant parkland surroundings and we encourage people of every ability to take part; from those taking their first steps in running to Olympians; from juniors to those with more experience; we welcome you all.”

Every Saturday morning at 9am.

We are lucky because we have TWO parkruns to choose from in Bradford:

It is open to all people: you can run or walk, take your dog or your pushchair!
How much is parkrun?
FREE. Yes, free.
ERR at parkrun
Once a year Eccleshill Road Runners host Bradford parkrun. This means we provide the marshalls, the pacers and the cake!
You will see our members running most weeks – don’t be afraid to ask them anything.
