Two Eccleshill Road Runners took part in this brand new event hosted by Tough Runner UK. Held within the grounds of the stunning Temple Newsam Hall, Leeds, this was apparently one of the most eagerly anticipated events in England. Tough Runner UK boasted that they were bringing the awesome experience of a trail 10K race whilst taking runners through some of the most idyllic scenery and settings. Not satisfield with completing 20 miles yesterday, Annie Kisluk took on this off road challenge which was really well organised, adhering to Covid-19 guidance, with social distancing throughout, staggered starts, etc. David Goodyear also lined up on the start line on what turned out to be the better of the two days this weekend for running despite Sunday being forecast to be the hotter day. Annie finished in 83:12 and David 64:51
