Rounding off a busy weekend of racing and putting some fun into their weekend were two ERRers and their family and friends. Invited to ‘Put some colour in their summer and support Sue Ryder’s expert end-of-life care with the Sue Ryder Manorlands PaintRush 2025’ were Ann and Evie Buckley, Kathryn and Claire Lucas and friends. Along the 5km route there were seven paint stations which coated them in a different bright-coloured paint to turn them multi-coloured. There was also obstacles on the route for participants to take on during their run, jog or walk. The entry fee included a PaintRush t-shirt. This year, for those who wish to keep costs down, there was an option to save £5 on entries if you decide not to have the bespoke PaintRush t-shirt. All participants received a bag of paint powder to start the fun before the race.
