Another “Grim up North” offering, this time inviting runners to celebrate Yorkshire Day at (bl**dy) Bingley! A brand new event for those who love running, love trail running and love the stunning landscape that Yorkshire has to offer then this race with its fabulous new lapped course combining woodland, field and tow path has it all! Runners got to enjoy a full range of terrain. With four distances to choose from and the usual goodies at the end this was the perfect antidote to shedding those weekend blues and getting fit in the process. With the usual homemade cakes, wonderful camaraderie and finisher’s medal what’s not to like! The half marathon route comprised of two scenic laps. Added to the fact it was literally on her doorstep Sarah Myers grabbed this one with open arms. Perfect running conditions to boot what better way to spend a Sunday?! Well done Sarah! (Results are yet to be confirmed.)
