Race 14 in the club’s Summer championship was a circa 4 mile road race in the beautiful valley of Littondale as part of the annual ‘Arncliffe Gala’ held there. The route is a scenic one along the beautiful quiet Yorkshire Dales country lanes in and around Arncliffe. Three Eccleshill Road Runners donned the blue and white to earn themselves valuable points on the championship table. Following the road race there is also a 1.6 mile fell race on offer though none of the ERRers were tempted to take part! The trio were Sarah Myers 39:53, Sarah Rawlings 36:22 & Stuart Wagstaff 37:05 Well done!
